This score is calculated on a daily basis based on your application metrics. It gives you a standardized comparison of applications regardless of function or hardware capability.
TAP Overview
TAP gives you a single metric to judge the performance of your application – which makes it easy for you to get a quick overview as to health of your application. It is equally useful for sites with 100's or 1,000,000's of hits. By analyzing historical data and spotting trends, the TAP score dynamically adjusts itself to give you a TAP score unique to your server. The longer your server matures, the more accurate and precise TAP becomes. TAP starts reflecting a mature score after only 7 days of using FusionAnalytics.
Improving your TAP score
The TAP score is graded on a 10 point scale. Ten being the best score you can achieve.
The TAP Score can be improved by:
- Higher availability
- More traffic (at same performance)
- Faster performance
The TAP Report suggests how you can improve your TAP score to achieve a better Score and Grade.
What Data Does TAP Analyze?
In particular the TAP tracks 5 different metrics - number of impressions, sessions, uptime, restart count and execution time - in order to calculate the TAP score.
